Yang Vinyasa,
One of the methods I use to teach is Rocket Yoga, which is based on the Asthanga Vinyasa Yoga sequences, but using the series in a more flexible and accessible way.
During classes , I use the same system of fixed sets, but with freedom to make changes and mix with techniques from another Yang practice.
This allows a beginner in their first practice to have contact with advanced postures within their possibilities and adaptations.
what to expect?
The regular practice of yoga leads to better physical conditioning, body awareness, stress reduction as we learn to deal better with our emotions and actions! therefore, we have a better capacity to be more tolerant and deal with the daily challenges that are imposed on us in life.
We become stronger and deal more easily with daily challenges.
We started to have a better posture, and to have more balance. Practicing asanas and meditation helps us to reduce the anxiety of learning to breathe correctly, as we spend our entire lives breathing in the wrong way. We become more aware of the importance of breathing.
building more flexible bodies and minds, gaining better mobility, more strength and tough muscles. It increases our immunity and breathing capacity.
how does it work in class?
Every class has meditation, pranayamas, asanas and our amazing shavasana. Lasts approximately 75 minutes.
Group classes take place every Tuesday and Thursday 6pm. For individual classes, contact us for an appointment.
It’s important to know that the series needs your dedication because all evolution will depend exclusively on you.
