INTEGRATIVE MOVEMENT

Integrative Movement Assessment

ADP Method Assessment — a detailed postural and movement evaluation designed to understand your current body patterns.

A detailed assessment through the ADP Method

The assessment through the ADP Method is carried out through a careful analysis of posture and movement, using postural references, images in sagittal and frontal planes, as well as information collected through a detailed form and images requested in the first stage after registration.
The method was developed to identify muscular compensations, postural deviations, joint instabilities, patterns of tension and muscular weaknesses that may be associated with pain, movement limitations and functional changes.
The assessment becomes a guide for a more specific and individualized movement and training prescription, directed to your current condition and goals.
